Summer!

Well, I haven't taken any recent pictures of my garden but so far this year's work has been amazing. I have a huge clover patch that I've been harvesting for salads along with green and red leaf lettuce. In the last week I've noticed slugs in the lettuce/clover patch, so I probably have a beer trap deficiency!

Spring!

G'day fellow permies!

I've been pretty busy in my garden this spring and so far things are growing wonderfully. I chopped down a non-baring pear tree and replaced it with an evan's cherry tree. I used the pear tree as a hugelkultur bed for the cherry tree.
Around the cherry tree I've planted clover, lemon balm, a red currant bush, garlic and cilantro.

On the other side of the garden I've got raspberries, black currants, watermelon, pumpkin, peppers and asparagus. I've also got 2 blueberry bushes that I think might need to be moved.
